For customers
Once the keys are delivered to us, the whole process should happen the same day. It depends on the time you send us the keys and the number of orders.
With the end of June, all Binance Futures accounts in Europe on which Senti-Bot operates must adopt the update as required by MiCA. Here’s what you need to know about trading Binance Futures credits:
In order for Senti-Bot to continue operating, the account user must accept the Futures Service Agreement and then click [Confirm] to complete the upgrade.

The client’s account becomes based on Binance BNFCR tokens
For the bot to work, after accepting the terms and conditions, it IS necessary to convert USDT to BNFCR. Instructions on how to convert USDT to BNFCR can be found below.
Any gain/loss is expressed in BNFCR balance.
You cannot withdraw more USDT than the net balance (in case the amount of BNFCR is negative).
If there is a gain, the amount of BNFCR increases. If the amount of BNFCR is positive and you would like to withdraw it from your Binance Futures account, you must go through the entire process described below.
How to convert USDT to BNFCR?
Given that you probably have your USDT in a Futures account, here are the steps to take to convert it to Binance BNFCR tokens:
- Transfer the USDT you have into your Spot account.
- Exit the Futures account and go to the “Spot” tab.
- Then convert the USDT in your possession to BTC.
- Return to USD-M Futures.
- Press “Transfer” again and select the purchased BTC.
- Under the “Assets” tab, you will find a “SWAP” option next to the BNFCR token.
- Swap the BTC for BNFCR and that’s it!
If you encountered a problem while trying to convert then go ahead and report to us. If you want to withdraw BNFCR’s, go through the same process backwards.
Just log in into Your Sentibot account using e-mail address as “User”.

It is worth reading this article on our blog. The statistics of the bot’s entry into the position, are as follows (based on the 24 months of 2021 – 2022):
The average trade duration for the conservative strategy was 10 hours and 14 minutes (0.43 days), and the longest trade lasted as long as 8.5 days.
For the dynamic strategy, the average position duration was noticeably shorter, at 3 hours and 43 minutes (0.16 days), and the longest position duration was 40 hours (1.66 days).

You can do this at any time, just please remember one rule: always add such funds as you happen to see in your account balance.
It is best to wait until the position is closed (selling BTC to USDT) and then add USDT. Conversion between BTC and USDT is not, at the time of writing these instructions, charged a commission on your Binance account.
The bot trades only on the BTCUDST pair and this pair should be unaffected. Of course, you can manually interfere with the balance and perform operations yourself, the bot in parallel will try to make decisions taking into account the new situation in the account (switching from BTC to USDT, etc.).
Ideally, this BTCUSD pair should remain exclusively at the disposal of the bot. Any other pair can be traded on its own, provided that it will not be in a pair to USDT or BTC (e.g. it can be ETHBUSD, but no longer BTCBUSD etc.).
The bot always plays with the entire amount. Every fifteen minutes it issues an order (if emotions and the resulting indicators are ok) and then allocates the entire amount. Therefore, it is impossible to play with part of the portfolio.
BUT!
You can set up a subaccount for yourself and allocate one account to the bot and perform your operations on the other, even on the same BTC-USDT pair. You can also then move funds between accounts.

How to set up a subaccount for yourself?
- Log in to your Binance account,
- go to this page (LINK),
- answer 5 simple questions (e.g., that we want to try a new strategy, that we would like to deposit 0.5 BTC of capital, etc.),
- the application is processed by Binance. The answer comes via email within 1–2 days,
- after acceptance of the subaccount, Binance asks for a new e-mail to which the subaccount will be assigned. It cannot be the same address as on the main account,
- we will receive an authorization package sent to the new e-mail,
- subaccount established – enjoy it!

We recommend and use Binance exchange. It is the largest exchange. As such, we believe it is also the most stable and secure. At the same time, it offers some of the best, if not the best transaction commissions.

Binance specifies that the minimum amount of funds in the futures account for operations to be executed is 0.001 BTC or USDT equivalent.
We recommend a minimum amount of 0.002 BTC (or USDT equivalent) due to significant changes in the price of BTC.

Strategies
- The bot reads all mentions made in a predetermined few hours for BTC. Sometimes this is as high as 20,000 mentions per hour.
- The bot checks a certain amount of recent stock market data.
- From the mentions are emotions read.
- A machine learning model, trained on historical data for several years, predicts the average price for the next hour based on alternative data (emotion from mentions) and financial data (stock market data).
- The predicted price is converted into a specific buy or sell signal, taking into account the position currently taken by the bot (stable / crypto). A number of parameters must be met for the bot to perform the operation.

In the case of longs, the situation is obvious – the bot, assuming the growth of BTC, buys it in order to sell it the moment it receives an advance signal of trend reversal.
If, on the other hand, the bot assumes that the price of BTC will fall and at the same time holds BTC, it will sell it, buying it back at the next opportunity at a lower price. In this way, the bot makes a typical short transaction, without the participation of the exchange as a paid intermediary for this type of operation. The effect is the same, but with the additional commission saved on the short.
Currently, the bot decides every hour about the next operation, based on the predicted future price of BTC and the historical OHLC values (open, high, low, and close).
BUT
- not every prediction is hit. We have a high efficiency of the average closing price, but there are still missed predictions. It is not always emotion that decides the price, there are times when the market reacts to specific events rather than general sentiment.
- moreover, we predict the AVERAGE closing price. There is still a long way from this value to the issued signal on the market (with a specific value and at a specific time). There, too, something can go wrong.
- not always the operation issued by the bot (BUY_ORDER or SELL_ORDER) will be realized on the market (there will be a buyer or seller on the other side of the market),
- not always the increase or decrease in value is in accordance with the bot’s minimum assumptions.
THEREFORE
it is a good idea not to look at the bot every now and then and wonder why it made such a decision and not another. After all, I would have done it much better! In most cases, you wouldn’t. Backward analysis is always effective;), but in a particular situation you know even less than the bot because:
you haven’t analyzed thousands of tweets in the last hour for market sentiment,
- you don’t have a clear strategy for when to enter and when to exit a position,
- you are driven by your personal emotion, it’s your money after all!
- emotions in the market are a bad advisor.
Run the bot and take a look once in a while. Even if the bot lost, see if it lost more than the BTC itself. And if it gained, enjoy it. And let it do its job.
